Payment
The prices listed on the website are in Euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. Mevrouw Aardbei will deliver the article after payment has been received. The delivery time starts at the moment that payment has been received.

Shipping costs
Mevrouw Aardbei charges a contribution to shipping costs. The amount of this contribution for shipping in the Netherlands is €3.95 per order. For letterbox post, a lower amount applies depending on the weight of the package. For orders above €75, shipping costs are free. For countries outside the Netherlands, different shipping rates apply.

Order and delivery time
After receiving the order form, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. As soon as the amount due has been received, the ordered items will be shipped on working days before 5:00 PM. Mevrouw Aardbei uses the specified text of the order form and is not responsible for any errors made by customers. Failure to communicate changes or any correction of these errors in a timely manner may incur costs. This usually consists of paying the shipping costs again (NOTE, also for an order with free shipping at the start).
If the package has not yet been delivered, items arrive damaged or if items are missing from the package, this must be reported to us within 5 days of arrival of the package (according to track & trace).

Returns
If an item is not to your liking upon arrival, you can return it. Make sure that the package is returned to us within 30 days of receipt with the return form. Make sure that the old label is removed from the package so that the old barcode cannot be scanned.
The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and sent with sufficient postage to the address stated on the return form. The customer pays for the return shipping costs themselves. If Mevrouw Aardbei has received the item in good order, the amount will be refunded within 7 days.

If a customer does not collect a package from a collection point and the order is returned to us, the customer will pay the shipping and return costs.

Mrs. Aardbei also reserves the right to refuse returns or to refund only a portion of the amount paid if there is a suspicion that the item has been used, has been damaged as a result of use, has been damaged as a result of careless packaging of the product, or the goods have not been returned in the original packaging and shipping box. This also applies to the situation where the items have been returned too late.
An exception for returns are personalized items and wallpaper.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases. The right of withdrawal only applies to consumers.

Damage/defect
If an item arrives defective, please contact us within 48 hours, send us photos of the product, packaging and shipping box. Do not return the item to us. We will provide a suitable solution.

Applicability of general terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Mevrouw Aardbei.

Warranty
Mevrouw Aardbei guarantees that the delivered items are sound and meet the specifications stated in the offer. Exceptions to this are any colour differences and small differences in the design. Defects that have arisen as a result of normal wear and tear, failure to observe maintenance advice or that are attributable to significant fault on the part of the customer are not covered by the warranty.

Force Majeure
Mrs. Aardbei is not obliged to fulfil any obligation towards the customer if she is prevented from doing so by force majeure. Force majeure is understood to mean in any case: serious operational disruptions and transport stagnation.

Privacy
Mevrouw Aardbei does not provide personal data of the customer to third parties without the permission of the customer. Mevrouw Aardbei uses customer data exclusively for the purpose of processing the order.

Promotional purposes
The items purchased from Mevrouw Aardbei may not be used for promotional purposes without permission and may not be returned afterwards. If we notice that the customer uses our items for this purpose and then returns them, we will charge the costs incurred by us.
If it is the case that we have unexpectedly used photos of you on our website, please let us know. We will then remove the photo as soon as possible.
