Are all items in stock?
Yes, all items are in stock. All items marked 'SOLD OUT' are unfortunately sold out.
I would like to order a sold out item.
If you want to be kept informed when your item is back in stock, sign up per item and receive an email as soon as the item is back in stock. Unfortunately, it is not possible to display the delivery time of all items.
Why is the item suddenly sold out when I want to pay?
The items in your shopping cart are reserved for you, if you have paid a completed order. It is possible that multiple customers are ordering the same last item, but unfortunately only one person can receive the item, namely the one who pays for it first.
The items in your basket are not immediately reserved for you, because there are also customers who fill their basket, but do not pay for anything. It would be a shame if the items in these 'abandoned' shopping baskets would all be seen as sold.
Can you keep something from me?
That is certainly possible, after payment the product is yours! Then I can send it for you at a later time. Without payment I unfortunately cannot withhold products.
Can I reserve a sold out item?
No, you can't make a reservation. I can keep you informed by email. You can leave your email address via the link at the bottom of the article, "notify me when available", and you will automatically receive an email as soon as the article is back in stock. This email is for information purposes only, so no reservation. You can decide for yourself at this point whether or not to order the article.
I have placed an order but would like to add more items, is that possible?
Yes, you can add an order/item without additional shipping costs (in Europe), provided that the second order is placed and paid for on a working day before 5:00 PM. To do this, please contact me via info@mevrouwaardbei.nl before placing the second order.
I would like my items to be wrapped, is this possible?
All items you order will be nicely wrapped for free (with the exception of large items such as posters larger than A3, Lego storage boxes brick 4 and 8, doll beds, doll prams, tepees, large lamps, posters in letterbox tubes). If you have special requests regarding the wrapping, you can indicate this in the comments in the checkout menu.
Is the color of the product always exactly the same as in the photo?
Yes, all products are sold as shown in the photo. Please take into account the settings of your screen. Sometimes colors can be displayed slightly differently, depending on the screen settings.
Is there an invoice in my package?
No, you will receive this immediately by email after your order.
My order is exactly €75, why do I have to pay shipping costs?
Orders over €75,- will be shipped for free (for example €75.01).
I have a number of gift vouchers and I would like to use them in 1 order. Is this possible?

I searched the internet for a discount code but it doesn't work, is this correct?
This code comes from a phishing (fake) website, I do not use discount codes.
Can I also pick up or view the products?
Unfortunately not, it is not permitted to collect or view items at the address (residential area) where the webshop is located, because this address is then considered a retail business/shop.
Why do I have to pay shipping costs again if I did not enter my address correctly and the package was returned?
Occasionally someone does not fill in their address correctly, in which case the package will be returned to me. I will then contact you for the correct address and will ask you to pay shipping costs again (even if someone had free shipping at the start). This is because I have to make the costs to the carrier again.
Can my package be delivered to my neighbors?
Packages in the Netherlands, under €100,-, can be delivered to the neighbors. Packages above this amount are insured by default at Mevrouw Aardbei, for this a signature from the home address is required, which unfortunately makes it impossible to deliver the package to the neighbors.
Why is there no phone number on the website?
Since I am often busy packing orders and I have deadlines, I unfortunately cannot answer the phone. If you have a question, you can send me a message via 'contact' or an e-mail to info@mevrouwaardbei.nl. I check my mail very often between packing and answer messages very quickly!
Why is there no address on the website?
The webshop is run from home and is not a business address.
