We have a 30 day return policy. This means that you must ensure that the package is returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. In case of damaged or incomplete items or packaging, a depreciation will be charged.
Return
To start a return, you can log in HERE to go to your customer account, where you can submit the return request.

The costs for return shipping are at your own expense.
-Remove the shipping label from the box so that the package is not accidentally shipped back to you.
-Make sure you use ours or another sturdy shipping box (a bag or regular envelope will not do) that is well padded and properly taped so that the item cannot be damaged or lost.
You are responsible for loss or damage to the product and the packaging of the product during the return shipment.
Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Then we can evaluate the problem and solve it for you.
Exceptions/items that may not be returned
Certain types of items may not be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders, wallpaper or personalized items) and personal care items (beauty products, underwear, pacifiers in unsealed packaging). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchange
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and purchase the new item separately once the return has been accepted.
Refund
When we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified and we will also let you know whether the return has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 1-5 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
