A pacifier cord is also called a pacifier chain because it often consists of a cord with beads. The cord ensures that you do not lose your child's pacifier. Because the pacifier is attached to the pacifier cord, it does not fall to the ground.

Attaching the pacifier cord
With a pacifier cord you attach the pacifier to your child's clothing. You attach the end with the loop to the pacifier. For the Difrax newborn and 0-6 months pacifiers the loop can go through the slot in the button, for the other ages the loop can go through the ring. You can attach the end with the clip to clothing. For the Bibs or Frigg pacifiers you can pull the loop completely through the ring.
A pacifier cord is very useful for attaching the pacifier to a pram, stroller, your child's coat, your bag or something else.
Pay attention to safety

The requirements that a pacifier cord must meet are: - The minimum width is 6 mm. - The maximum length is 22 cm. - The clips or other closure may not be wider than the cord itself and the clip must have holes.
PLEASE NOTE! We advise you to only use a pacifier cord when your little one is near an adult, even though the cords are approved. Do not use a pacifier cord when your baby is lying or sleeping in the crib, playpen or cot. Then remove the pacifier from the cord and store the cord out of reach of your baby.
